OUR SUITE OF SERVICES

We believe families are the backbone of our society, and we want to work with you to keep them healthy and strong. To that end, our mission is to marry therapeutic and court-advisory services to provide top quality care that is delivered with integrity, compassion and professionalism.

Supervised Visitation
Supervised visitation refers to contact between a non-custodial parent and one or more children in the presence of a third person (the visitation monitor) who is responsible for observing and seeking to ensure the safety of those involved. Our goal is to maintain the safety of your child while promoting a therapeutic, stress-free and enjoyable interaction with the visit of the supervised parent.

Custody Exchange Monitoring
This service allows the custodial parent to take a child to a pre-arranged, safe and neutral location. The non-custodial parent can then pick-up their child and return him/her to the same location once the visit is over. The pickup times are staggered if necessary, so that the parents do not have to be in contact with each other.

Supervised Visitation & Custody Exchange Monitor Requirements
In accordance with the 2009 California Rules of Court for supervised visitation monitors, the professional visitation monitor should:

Forensic Services
Forensic counseling is the use of assessment and intervention services in legal settings. Forensic assessments generally involve many hours of client and family interviews, as well as substantial documentation and review of background history. Providing forensic services typically requires us to liaise with family members, friends, therapists and other who have information that are pertinent to your situation. The purpose of these services is to provide expert, objective evaluations to support the decisions of the courts. The forensic services we provide are assessments of family functioning including: social studies, court evaluations, court report writing and expert witness testimony.

Parenting Coordinators strive to minimize children’s exposure to harmful parental conflict. The goal of this service is to help parents build a healthy, effective co-parenting relationship, so children are not subjected to the negative effects of conflict.
